Krótko: strona nie używa ciasteczek, analityki ani reklam. Dane zbieram tylko wtedy, gdy sam napiszesz do asystenta albo zostawisz numer telefonu — i tylko po to, żeby odpowiedzieć i oddzwonić.

Podstawa prawna: podjęcie działań na Twoje żądanie (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO — kontakt telefoniczny) oraz mój prawnie uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO — bezpieczeństwo strony i obsługa zapytań). Podanie danych jest dobrowolne; bez numeru telefonu po prostu nie oddzwonię.
Ciasteczka i pamięć przeglądarki
Strona nie zapisuje ciasteczek i nie korzysta z Google Analytics ani z narzędzi reklamowych. W pamięci Twojej przeglądarki zapisują się tylko trzy drobiazgi potrzebne do działania strony: wybrany motyw (jasny/ciemny), język oraz identyfikator rozmowy z asystentem, dzięki któremu pamięta on kontekst. Nie są wysyłane nikomu innemu i możesz je w każdej chwili usunąć, czyszcząc dane strony w przeglądarce. Ciasteczko pojawia się wyłącznie przy logowaniu do panelu administracyjnego — dotyczy tylko mnie.
Komu dane są przekazywane
- OVH — serwer, na którym stoi strona (Unia Europejska).
- OpenRouter i ElevenLabs (USA) — treść Twojej wiadomości do asystenta jest wysyłana do modelu AI, który układa odpowiedź, oraz do syntezy głosu. Nie wysyłam tam Twojego numeru telefonu ani adresu IP; numer wpisany w okno czatu jest automatycznie zamieniany na „[numer telefonu]”, zanim cokolwiek wyjdzie ze strony.
- Google (Gmail) — pocztą przychodzi do mnie zgłoszenie z formularza telefonicznego.
Przekazanie do USA odbywa się na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych stosowanych przez te firmy.
Twoje prawa
Masz prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz sprzeciwu. Napisz na potrzebujeciemnie@gmail.com — usunę dane od ręki. Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
Czego nie robię
Nie profiluję odwiedzających, nie podejmuję wobec nikogo automatycznych decyzji wywołujących skutki prawne, nie sprzedaję ani nie udostępniam danych do celów marketingowych i nie wysyłam newslettera.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — the call back) and my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — site security and handling enquiries). Providing data is voluntary; without a phone number I simply cannot call you back.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no cookies and uses neither Google Analytics nor advertising tools. Your browser stores only three small items needed for the site to work: the chosen theme (light/dark), the language and the assistant conversation id, so it remembers the context. They are not sent to anyone and you can remove them any time by clearing site data. A cookie appears only when logging into the admin panel — that is me only.
Who the data is shared with
- OVH — the server hosting this site (European Union).
- OpenRouter and ElevenLabs (USA) — your message to the assistant is sent to the AI model that writes the answer and to speech synthesis. Your phone number and IP address are not sent there; a number typed into the chat box is automatically replaced with “[phone number]” before anything leaves the site.
- Google (Gmail) — the call-back form submission reaches me by e-mail.
Transfers to the USA rely on the standard contractual clauses used by those companies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, and to object. Write to potrzebujeciemnie@gmail.com and I will delete it right away. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
What I do not do
No profiling, no automated decisions with legal effects, no selling or sharing data for marketing, no newsletter.
